If for some reason your payment failed or was rejected, just call us or contact us by email. Our employee will try to solve the problem promptly.
We deliver orders directly from the manufacturer. Only reliable and trusted companies are used for delivery.
The cost of delivery depends on the volume of the cargo and is calculated automatically at the time of placing the order and entering the address. We are working hard for the lowest possible price.
If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse, then delivery across Europe takes an average of 3 to 10 days.
In any case, in each specific case, our employee will contact you and confirm the approximate delivery time.
The export price without VAT of 21% is also indicated for each product. You can buy the product at this price if you are:
- an EU company with a valid VAT number
- a company registered outside the EU
- an individual residing outside the EU.
If you receive cargo outside the EU, the local customs service may require you to pay taxes and duties. These costs are fully paid by the buyer.
If you have any additional questions about the export transaction, we recommend that you consult with us.
You can return the goods back within 14 days after receiving the order. The return period is counted from the moment you receive the parcel. The return of the goods is made to our warehouse in Latvia and is carried out entirely at the expense of the client. We accept the goods only in the original packaging and undamaged.
To make a refund, send a request to us by e-mail, and also attach a photo of the product and packaging.
Terms of return:
1. Use the original packaging. This is necessary in order for your cargo to be returned to us in good condition. As a customer, you are responsible for the correct return of goods.
2. Pack the return package the same way you received it. Such packaging prevents unnecessary damage.
3. Incomplete refund and/or damaged refund will not be refunded in full. We ask you to put all the received products back in the box or in the appropriate packaging. We will be able to process your refund only after all the items have been returned.
4. Have you already used your product? It is non-refundable. Even if you return the item without an indication, and we find during the inspection that the item was in use, we unfortunately will not process your refund.
If the product is custom-made, no refund is accepted. The refund conditions apply only to individuals.
All products have a factory warranty stipulated by the manufacturer (in most cases - 2 years for individuals and 1 year for legal entities). Defects that may be a warranty case should be reported within 3 weeks after delivery. If the product is returned under warranty, it must be packed in the original factory packaging.
Warranty is not possible if:
1. there is mechanical damage, which appeared due to a fault of the client;
2. it is stated that the manufacturer’s warranty seal or serial number is damaged, the unauthorized penetration was taking place and/or the buyer himself tried to eliminate the damage;
3. there is damage, which appeared as a result of natural disasters, lightning, fire, flood, etc.;
4. there is damage, which appeared as a result of penetration of foreign objects, liquids, insects, etc.;
5. there is damage, which appeared as a result of the use of low-quality water (with high content of calcium, chlorine, rust and sand) - for electric fireplaces with steam generators;
6. there is damage, which appeared as a result of the effect of chemical agents;
7. there is damage, which appeared as a result of the instability or breakdown of electrical voltage, mismatch of parameters of communication cables, as well as other domestic factors (dirt, smoke, dust, moisture, etc.);
8. damage is related to the fact that the item was not used according to the user guide, the conditions of storage and transportation were not observed, and if the item was not installed according to the user guide;
9. the damage is related to the fact that the item was not used for its intended purpose or was used for professional purposes;
10 non-standard electric power supplies, accessories and reserve units, as well as resources (cartridges, toners, etc.) which were not certified by the manufacturer for the use of this item were used, and if it resulted in damage to the goods;
11. the goods were not operated in accordance with the safety regulations;
12. the goods were not operated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
