Dimplex North America Limited is a leading company in the market for electrical heating products. In 1991, Dimplex North America Limited made its debut in the North American market. It did this by acquiring various leading electric heating brands such as Sentinel, Electromode, and Westcan.
The company also seeks to focus on continuous development and innovation. From patented electric flame technology to the use of high quality materials, Dimplex managed to offer a successful range of fireplaces that exceeded customer expectations. It is also worth pointing out that the company was the one to develop the first ever electric fireplace that had a really realistic and vivid wood burning flame. This was done back in 1995. Since then, Dimplex was granted 30 patents in different areas of the electric flame technology.
Dimplex specializes in a wide range of products, including fireplaces and stoves. In North America it is known by the Dimplex brand name for consumers and with the brand name of OptiFlame for builders.

Delivery

Product availability
If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse, then delivery across Europe takes an average of 3 to 10 days.
In any case, in each specific case, our employee will contact you and confirm the approximate delivery time.
Export
The export price without VAT of 21% is also indicated for each product. You can buy the product at this price if you are:
- an EU company with a valid VAT number
- a company registered outside the EU
- an individual residing outside the EU.
If you receive cargo outside the EU, the local customs service may require you to pay taxes and duties. These costs are fully paid by the buyer.
