This is because these fireplaces run on bio-ethanol fuel and there is no need for gas or electricity. Therefore everyone and anyone can benefit from the beauty and warmth of a fireplace. 

These fireplaces are specifically designed according to one's wishes, be it for interior or exterior use. In fact they can be installed in a living room, a garden, attached to a wall, or even placed on a coffee table. You cannot hope for a more practical or innovative fireplace for sure!

Payment methods

For your convenience, we provide various payment methods. The SSL certificate provides protection of connections, transactions, data transfer and logins.

All prices include 21% VAT. You can also buy goods without VAT (export), read more below in the "Export" section.

Bank transfer

After placing the order, our employee will send you an invoice for payment. Our company is located in Latvia, please specify the type of payment as "international" or "intra-European".

If for some reason your payment failed or was rejected, just call us or contact us by email. Our employee will try to solve the problem promptly.

Delivery

We deliver orders directly from the manufacturer. Only reliable and trusted companies are used for delivery. 

The cost of delivery depends on the volume of the cargo and is calculated automatically at the time of placing the order and entering the address. We are working hard for the lowest possible price.

Product availability

If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse, then delivery across Europe takes an average of 3 to 10 days.

In any case, in each specific case, our employee will contact you and confirm the approximate delivery time.

Export

The export price without VAT of 21% is also indicated for each product. You can buy the product at this price if you are:

• an EU company with a valid VAT number
• a company registered outside the EU
• an individual residing outside the EU.

If you receive cargo outside the EU, the local customs service may require you to pay taxes and duties. These costs are fully paid by the buyer.
